Chicken Thighs with Green Beans and Potatoes in Tomato Sauce
This budget friendly recipe uses tomato paste to form a tomato sauce.
Ingredients
3 bone-in chicken thighs
1/2 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp tumeric
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 large russet potato
2 cups green beens
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Saute onion, garlic, and tumeric until translucent.
3. Add tomato paste, water, salt, and pepper.
4. Add potatoes. Simmer.
