Raw Falafel
These falafel are really quick to prepare and taste suprisingly falafel-like.
Ingredients
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 tsp cilantro seed
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp shallots
2 tsp tahini
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp almond butter or more tahini (I used tahini)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt (I used kosher salt)
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients in food processor. Form into balls. Roll into sesame seeds (optional).
2. Enjoy!

Notes: It is a lot of salt, but I think it is the lemon juice plus the salt that make it taste like falafel.
