Watermelon Smoothies

You'll love these smoothie recipes.

Strawberry Chia Watermelon Smoothie Ingredients

1.5 cups watermelon

1 cup strawberries

1/2 banana

1/2-3/4 cup milk

juice of 1 lime

1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp (optional)

 

Watermelon Smoothie Ingredients

2 cups watermelon

1/2 cup strawberries

1 banana

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp lime juice

Notes: Delicious, love the coconut milk, will need 50% more liquid than recipe calls for if using frozen watermelon

Watermelon Mango Smoothie Ingredients

2 cups watermelon

1 cup mango

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 tsp chia seeds

Notes: Refreshing, tastes mostly like mango, can't taste watermelon or coconut milk, I think I like the above smoothie better, thick without ice

Green Watermelon Mango Smoothie Ingredients

1 cup spinach

1 cup kale

1 cup mango (160-208g)

1 cup watermelon (160-192g)

1 tbsp flaxseed

1 cup milk

Watermelon Mango Smoothie Ingredients

5 cups watermelon

1 cup mango

Notes: Tastes mostly like watermelon but don't increase the mango. I used fresh watermelon and frozen mango. Try with half fresh/half frozen watermelon next time.

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy!
