Cauliflower Bagels

You'll love these bagels with cream cheese.

Yield: 8 bagels

 

Ingredients

3 cups cauliflower (600g)

pinch sea salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

2 eggs (I used 3)

2  tbsp almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

1-1.5 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Pulse dry ingredients in food processor until really fine. Move to bowl. Add eggs.

3. Form bagels. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

4. Bake 30 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy with cream cheese or the topping of your choice.

Note: Delicious with cream cheese (not that great on their own). Hard to shape--might need to make roll shape instead of bagels.
