Waldorf Chicken Salad
This chicken salad recipe is filled with all sorts of goodies.
Ingredients
1 cup diced chicken
0-1/4 cup cranberries (not essential)
1/3-1/2 cup celery
6-8 tbsp cup grapes
2/4 cup walnuts or pecans (definitely include)
0-1/2 avocado
1/3-1/2 apple (or 1/2 cup) (definitely include)
6-8 tbsp mayonnaise
0-1.5 tsp lemon juice
0-1/2 tsp Dijon
0-1/4 tsp kosher salt
3-8 tbsp blueberries (definitely include)
Instructions
1. Combine ingredients. Enjoy!
