Watermelon Pico De Gallo
Enjoy this twist on pico de gallo.
Ingredients
2.5 cups watermelon
1 cup mango (mango is the best but can also use a combo of honeydew and cantaloupe for teh pretty colors)
1/4 cup red onion
1 jalapeno (I used 4 tbsp and it was way too much)
2 tbsp cilantro (I omitted)
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Combine ingredients. Enjoy.
