Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Grapes

The grapes add sweetness to this dish

Ingredients

4 cups fresh brussel sprouts

2 cups grapes

2 tbsp fresh thyme

1/2 cup walnuts

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

salt, pepper

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Combine brussel sprouts and grapes in a bowl.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.

4. Roast 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Toast another 8-10 minutes.
