Salmon with Lemon, Capers, and Rosemary

This salmon recipe is simple and classic.

Ingredients

4 6 oz salmon fillets

8 lemon slices (about 2 lemons)

1/4 cup lemon juice (about 1 lemon)

1/2 cup Marsala wine (or white wine)--I omitted

4 tsp capers

1 tbsp fresh rosemary

salt, pepper

 

Instructions

1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

2. Top each piece of salon with 2 lemon slices, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of wine, and 1 tsp of capers. Wrap in foil packets.

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. (Original recipe called for grilling)
