Balsamic Mushrooms

These mushrooms are quick and easy to make.

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 tbsp minced garlic

16 oz mushrooms

1-2 onions

4 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp dried rosemary

onions (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Saute garlic. Add mushrooms and onions. Cook 4-5 minutes.

2. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and spices. Toss to coat. Cook another minute or two.

Notes: I used 1 onion last time, and the onion did not overwhelm the dish
