Beef and Broc
If you like beef and broccoli, you will like this dish.
Ingredients
1 pound flank steak
1 pound broccoli (or 6 cups florets)
Sauce Ingredients
1 tbsp fresh ginger
2 tsp garlic, grated (from 3 cloves)
1/2 cup hot water
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar (I omitted)
1.5 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp sesame oil (I omitted)
Instructions
1. Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
2. Saute broccoli. Remove.
3. Saute beef.
4. Return broccoli to pan. Add sauce. Simmer 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
