You'll love the pop of feta in this spinach dish.

Spinach Florentine

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

9 tbsp red onion

10 oz frozen spinach

sundried tomatoes (I used 8g homemade)

4-6 tbsp feta

 

Instructions

1. Saute onion.

2. Defrost frozen spinach. Add to pan.

3. Add sundried tomatoes and feta. Enjoy!
