Watermelon Ice Cream

This watermelon ice cream recipe is deliciously creamy.

Yield: 1/2-1 serving

Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut milk

40g watermelon

1 deglet denoor date

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients.

2. Pour into ice cream maker. Enjoy!

Notes: Delicious. Very creamy. Can taste a slight hint of coconut flavor. Next time, try using 2 tbsp coconut milk and 60g watermelon (for more watermelon flavor). See if it is still nice and creamy. Check to see if a date is needed.
