Creamed Corn
The sweet corn is pureed to form a creamy sauce
Ingredients
2 cups corn
1 cup milk
sea salt, to taste (do not omit)
Instructions
1. Cook corn on the cob by microwaving for ~2 minutes for each cob.
2. Puree 1 cup of corn with 1 cup of milk.
3. Add corn puree and remaining corn to pot. Simmer ~10 minutes. Enjoy!
