Creamy Hungarian Mushroom Soup

You'll love this soup studded with mushrooms and potatoes.

Ingredients

1.5 pounds mushrooms

1.5 pounds potatoes

1 onion

3 tbsp flour

4 cups beef broth

2 cups milk

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp dill

3/4 tsp salt

 

Instructions

1. Cook mushrooms (thinly sliced) and onions (13-18 minutes). Add flour, paprika, and dill. Add broth, milk, and potatoes. Cover. Simmer. Cook until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat. Add sour cream.
