Crispy Seed and Chia Crackers

These crackers are quick and easy to make

Ingredients

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup flour

1 tbsp oregano

1.5 tbsp thyme

1/2 tbsp salt

1/4 tsp dried garlic

1 1/3 cup water

1/2 tbsp olive oil

Alternative Spice Option- Top with 8 tsp everything bagel spice

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 355 degrees.

2. Combine all ingredients. Let sit until water is absorbed.

3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and grease with cooking spray.

4. Spread batter as thin as possible.

5. Bake for ~45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
