Deep-Dish Cookie Pie

This cookie tastes like the ultimate decadence.

Ingredients

1.5 cups white beans

1.5 cups garbanzo beans

1 cup oats

32-40 dates

1/4 cup applesauce

2/3 cup milk

3 tbsp oil

2-3 tsp vanilla

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup raisins (or chocolate chips)

1/2 cup walnuts

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Gradually add dry to wet in batches. Stir in walnuts and raisins.

3. Bake 40-60 minutes.
