Hemp Protein Fruit Nut and Seed Bar

This bar has a delicious carmely taste.

Yield: ~40 bars

 

Ingredients

1 cup hemp protein (I used shelled hemp seeds)

1 cup ground Brazil nuts

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup hemp seeds (I used unshelled)

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1.5 cups raisins

1 cup Goji berries (I omitted)

4 cups rice puffs

Paste:

1 cup dates, mashed

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup almond butter

1 tsp vanilla (I omitted)

1 tsp salt (opt)

3/4 cup date water

 

Instructions

1. Blend paste ingredients. Mix in dry ingredients.

2. Dehydrate 2-3 hours. Flip. Dehydrate 2-3 hours more.

 

Notes: Better than a professional bar.
