Fluffy Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

This baked oatmeal recipe is extremely light and fluffy.

Yield: ~2 ramekins

 

Ingredients

1/2 banana

1 cup milk

1 egg white

1/2 cup oats

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup blueberries

1 tbsp walnuts

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Bake 30-45 minutes

Notes: Not as much flavor as the blueberry banana baked oatmeal, but I love the fluffy texture. I can taste the walnuts, which I didn't expect to because the recipe doesn't call for a lot.
