Fruit Leather
If you like fruit strips, you will love this homemade version.
Yield: ~1 tray
Apple Fruit Leather Ingredients
4 cups chopped apples
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon (I only used 1/4 tsp)
Instructions
1. Place apples in saucepan with water. Cook until soft.
2. Blend apples with cinnamon until smooth
3. Pour onto dehydrator tray.
4. Dehydrate 4-6 hours.

I also tried: strawberry, blueberry/apple, and blueberry/banana. This flavor was the best.
