Fudge
This chocolate fudge recipe needs a bit of work, but is a great starting point for future experimentation.
Yield: 4 large servings (16 serving suggestions)
Ingredients
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
11 dates (Use less next time. This was way too sweet.)
4 tsp coconut milk
1/3 tsp vanilla
4 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil on double broiler.
2. Blend dates, coconut milk, and chocolate mixture.
3. Add vanilla and coco powder.
4. Chill.
