Fudgsicle
This fudgsicle tastes great and is sweetened naturally with banana!
Yield: ~2.75 popsicles (preferred recipe)
~15 small popsicles (alternative recipe)
Ingredients (Preferred Recipe)
2 tbsp coconut milk (I used full-fat)
1/2 banana
1.5 tsp cocoa powder
1/64 tsp salt
Ingredients (Alternative Recipe)
1.625 cups coconut milk
5 tbsp cocoa powder
pinch salt
3.33+ tbsp honey (need more than what I used)
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients and place into popsicle molds.
2. Freeze until set. Enjoy!

Notes: Banana one tastes really good, but a bit more icy than the other version. Also has a slight banana flavor. (You won't even notice it if you only make that recipe.) The alternative recipe is a little bitter and very cocoa-y. It's also icy if you use lite coconut milk.
