Ful Medames

 

Ingredients

15 oz can fava beans

1.5 tbsp olive oil

1 onion

1 tomato

1 tsp cumin

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1-2 tbsp lemon juice

salt, pepper

 

Instructions

1. Simmer beans for 5 minutes. Break up with fork. Stir in with remaining ingredients. Cook 5 minutes.
