Grape Crisp

This grape crisp is full of flavor.

Yield: 2 servings

 

Ingredients

Filling:

1.5 cups grapes, cut in half

Topping:

2.5 tbsp quick oats

1 tbsp flour

1 date

1.5 tsp coconut oil (I only used 1/2 tsp)

3/4 tsp apple or orange juice

 

Instructions

1. Place grapes in ramekin.

2. Add crumb topping.

3. Bake at 375 degrees for ~20-30 minutes.

 

Notes: I tried some recipes that called for pre-cooking the grapes. These did not taste any better and were not worth the trouble.
