Green Peanut Butter Smoothie

This green smoothie tastes good with or without the peanut butter.

Ingredients

1 banana

less than 1 cup milk

1 cup kale

4-6 tsp peanut butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)

 

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients together. Enjoy!
