Hawaiian Chicken Salad
The pineapple, celery, and almonds really pump up this spin on the classic.
Ingredients
1 cup diced grilled chicken
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/4 cup celery
2 tbsp red onion (I omitted)
2 tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 cup hummus
Instructions
1. Combine ingredients. Enjoy!
