Coconut Milk Yogurt
A hint of coconut flavor shines through in this yogurt creation.
Yield: 1.5 cups
Ingredients
1 14oz can full-fat coconut milk
1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp yogurt with live cultures
Instructions:
1. Heat coconut milk to 115 degrees.
2. Remove from heat. Add gelatin. Whisk.
3. Cool to 110 degrees. Add yogurt.
4. Place in yogurt maker for ~5 hours. (At this point, the yogurt will still be liquidy, but don't worry, it will solidify upon refrigeration.)
5. Refrigerate to thicken (~6 hours).

Ingredients
2.5 cups almond milk
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp yogurt with live starter
1.5 tsp honey
Instructions
1. Add milk and cornstarch to a pot. Whisk over medium-low heat until begins to thicken (around ~150 degrees).
2. Remove from heat. Cover and let cool until it reaches 90 degrees.
3. Add honey and yogurt starter.
4. Place in yogurt maker for ~8 hours, or until it reaches desired tartness.
5. Refrigerate and enjoy.

Regular Yogurt
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1.5 tsp Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Boil milk to 180 degrees.
2. Let cool to 110-115 degrees. Whisk in Greek yogurt.
3. Pour into yogurt maker. Leave in yogurt maker for ~10 hours.
Notes: I left it in for ~11 hours. It separated and was a bit lumpy.
