Icing
This sweet icing recipe uses cashews as its base ingredient.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cashews, soaked 4+ hours
1/2 cup milk (original recipe only called for 3 tbsp for frosting, but I needed more to blend)
1/2 tsp vanilla (I omitted)
1/4 cup dates
Instructions
1. Blend ingredients. Enjoy!
Notes: Hard to blend with only 1 tbsp ofcashews. Need at least 2 tbsp of cashew to blend. Not as good as toffee frosting recipe, but mostly because this one is not as sweet. Adding more dates fixes it up.
