Lemon Chicken

This lemon chicken is super moist and comes out perfectly every time.

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

1/4 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp lemon zest (or more, because I did not taste the lemon flavor when I used this amount of dried zest)

3-4 tbsp flour

2 tbsp fresh parsley (opt)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

 

Instructions

1. Dust chicken with flour, salt, and pepper.

2. Cook chicken until golden brown on one side (~2 minutes). Flip. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in parsley and lemon zest.
