Mango Energy Bars

A mango mixture binds this bar together and forms the base for this bar.

Ingredients

2/3 cup dried mango, soaked 1 hour

1 cup dates

1 tbsp vanilla

1.25 cups almonds

3/4 cup oats

3/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/8 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 tsp sea salt

 

Instructions

1. Process dried mango, dates, and vanilla into smooth paste.

2. Add remaining ingredients.

3. Dehydrate at 110 degrees for 6 hours. Flip. Dehydrate another 6 hours.
