Mango Jelly

This jelly is sweetened naturally with 100% fruit.

Ingredients

~1.5 cups mango

1 cup water

2 tsp gelatin

 

Instructions:

1. Puree mango an sugar.

2. Bring water and gelatin to a boil.

3. Add puree. Cook 1 minute.

4. Remove from heat. Add lime juice.

5. Pour into container.

6. Keep at room temperature for 1 hour, and then refrigerate.

 

Inspired by Indo Chine Kitchen

 

Notes: Original recipe called for 12 dates (made it too sweet) and juice of 1 lime (took away from the mango flavor).
