Mashed Potato Pizza Crust- Version 1
This pizza dough is really easy to work with. It bakes up into the perfect thin crust, crispy pizza.
Yields enough dough to cover one standard baking sheet (~2 servings)
Ingredients
1/2 cup (sweet) potato
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
2 tbsp flax seeds, ground
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt (original recipe called for 1/2 tsp, which was way too much)
1/8-1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne
Toppings: 4-5 tbsp tomato sauce, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1.5 cups frozen spinach, 2 plum tomatoes, 1/4-1/2 bell pepper, 1/4 shredded chicken breast (~3 oz)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine ingredients. Press onto greased cookie sheat.
3. Bake 20 minutes. Flip. Bake 5-10 minutes more.

This pizza crust tastes just like a tradtional crust, but it is much easier to put together.
Yield: ~2 servings
Ingredients
14 tbsp(sweet) potatoes
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Boil potatoes. Mash with spices.
2. Mix dry ingredients. Add potatoes. Form into ball.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Flip. Bake 5-10 minutes more.
Topping Ideas: 1 cup frozen spinach (defrosted), 1 roma tomato, onion

Notes: The original recipe only called for 1/2 cup potatoes. I increased it because the dough was dry. I tested this recipe with normal potatoes--not sweet potatoes.
