Mashed Potatoes

These mashed potatoes are simple to prepare.

Yield: ~2 servings

 

Ingredients

12 oz russet potato

3 garlic cloves

2 tbsp yogurt

1 tbs milk

2 tsp coconut oil (reduced from 1 tbsp)

1/4 tsp kosher salt (reduced from 1/2 tsp)

black pepper

 

Instructions

1. Cook potatoes and garlic.

2. Mash and add remaining ingredients.
