Panera Inspired Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich
This sandwich recipe is inspired by Panera.
Ingredients
2 slices of bread
2-3 tbsp hummus (I recommend 3 tbsp)
1-2 tbsp feta cheese (I recommend 1 tbsp)
lettuce slices
6 sclices of cucumber
tomato slices
red onion slices
3 slices roasted red peppers
Instructions
1. Spread hummus onto bread. Top with vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
