Microwave Potato Chips

These microwave potato chips are so quick to cook--and they taste great.

Ingredients

1 potato

sea salt

 

Instructions

1. Slice potatoes with mandolin.

2. Place on parchment, and sprinkle with sea salt.

3. Microwave 4.5-5 minutes (until golden brown and crisp).

Note: Do not use pepper.
