Note: I like it better microwaved with milk than I do with yogurt. You might not need as much milk to microwave

Cereal

This muesli recipe tastes a bit like great grains cereal.
Yield: approx 2.75 cups
Ingredients
1.5 cups oats
1/4 cup hazelnuts
1/4 cup flaked almonds
1/4 cup Brazil nuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup apricots
1/4 cup dried dates
Instructions
1. Toast oats 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Toss ingredients together.
2. Enjoy muesli cold with milk
Notes: I enjoy eating this recipe with cold milk. It tastes like great grains. However, it would probably be better if the oats were sweetened. I'm not that big of a fan eating it warm--although it is still good that way and the hazelnuts and apricots shine through. Not that great with yogurt either

Notes: I do not like this recipe with cold milk alone because it tastes too healthy with all of the nuts and seeds. I changed my mind! =) It tastes really good with the cold milk and the cinnamon. I also don't like it very much warm with milk/water. It tastes great with the yogurt preparation though.
