Nacho Cheese Sauce

This cheese sauce is very simple to prepare and tastes great.

Yield: 1.5 cups, 6-12 servings

 

Ingredients

5 oz sharp cheddar cheese

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup evaporated milk

1.5 tsp hot sauce

 

Instructions

1. Toss together cheese and cornstarch in saucepan. Add evaporated milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Add hot sauce.

 

Notes: Tastes exactly like nacho cheese. Maybe a bit thick though.
