No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars

Give this bar, reminiscent of a chocolate chip cookie, a try.

Ingredients

3/4 cup oat flour

3/4 cup almond meal

1/2 cup dates (~12)

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

 

Instructions

1. Melt coconut oil. Whisk in milk, dates, and vanilla.

2. Combine dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Add to wet.

3. Press into parchment paper. Refrigerate until set.

Notes: Not super sweet

 

Notes 2: You must put them in the fridge to set. Taste exactly like cookie dough--even cookie dough consistency.
