No-Cook Porridge

This porridge is really quick to throw together--and the cinnamon and almond flour combination taste great together.

Ingredients

1/4 cup almond meal

1/2 banana

1/8 cup milk (or water)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

Instructions

1. Stir ingredients together. Enjoy!
