Nutella Pie

If you like nutella, you will love this pie.

Yield: 18 mini muffin tins

 

Ingredients

Crust (I did not use):

1 cup flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3 dates

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup butter

1/2 tsp salt

Filling:

1 block silken tofu (12 oz)

6 oz nutella (or 9 tbsp)

     9 tbsp hazelnuts

     3 tbsp cocoa powder

     4.5 dates

     4.5 tsp milk

3 oz unsweetened chocolate

18 dates

Topping:

5 strawberries (opt)

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine dry crust ingredients. Add oil and water.

3. Bake crust 13-15 minutes. Let cool.

4. Blend nutella ingredients. Add tofu and dates. Blend.

5. Temper chocoolate. Blend with other filling mixture.

6. Spread into pie crust. Top with strawberries.

3. Refrigerate 1 hour. Enjoy!
