Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These cookies come together with just a few simple ingredients.
Servings: ~16 cookies
Ingredients
3 bananas
2 cups oats
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ingredients. Drop onto cookie sheet. Flatten with fork.
3. Bake 25 minutes.
Notes: You can optionally add 1/2 cup of walnuts, but I like them better without them. Next time, try adding some cinnamon. Try experimenting with the ratio of bananas to oats if you'd like.
