If you like peanuts, give this Payday recipe a try.
Yield: ~32 fun size bars
Ingredients
4 cups peanuts
1.5 cups dates
2 tbsp water
Instructions
1. Blend 1 cup of peanuts until fine. Add dates and water. Blend.
2. Line 1.5 cups peanuts on parchment. Spoon date mixture on top. Top with remaining peanuts.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut and serve.

Notes: Doesn't hold together super well. A bit soft of a consistency. Maybe cover top with some of paste instead of putting it all in the center for added flavor.
