PB&J Smoothie

This smoothie is a twist on the classic PB&J sandwich.

Ingredients

Version 1

1/2 cup berries (I used strawberries)

1/2-1 banana

8-10 tbsp milk

4-6 tsp peanut butter

 

Version 2

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1 small banana

1/2-3/4 cup milk

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp flaxseed

 

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients together. Enjoy!
