Peanut Butter and Banana Mug Cake
This mug cake is the perfect consistency. Give it a try if you like peanut butter and bananas.
Ingredients
1/2 banana, mashed plus extra slices for topping
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 egg white
1/4 tsp vanilla
30g/ 1oz oat flour (about 5 tbsp oats, ground)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Add dry to wet.
2. Microwave 45 seconds - 1 minute. Enjoy!
