Pecan and Date Energy Bars

Pecans, nuts, and seeds are held together with a sweet date mixture.

Yield: 8-12 servings

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pecans

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1 banana

6 dates

pinch salt

 

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients.

2. Dehydrate 2-4 hours. Flip. Dehydrate 2-4 hours more.

 

Nutrition Information (based on 12 servings)

145 calories, 8.2g fat, 8.7g carbs, 2.7g fiber, 4.6g sugar, 5g protein

 

Notes: I love the pecans and the sweetness. However, they don't stick together very well before dehydrating.
