Pecan Crusted Chicken

This chicken is coated in a delicious pecan crust.

Ingredients

1.5 pounds chicken

2 cups pecans

3 tbsp flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 eggs

 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Butterfly or pound chicken.

3. Pulse 1/4 cup pecans to form fine crumbs. Mix with flour, salt, and pepper.

4. Coat chicken in flour mixture, then egg, and finally pecans.

5. Bake 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.

(It would be 161 calories without the pecans)
