Pizza Hummus

You will love this spin on hummus. The tomato sauce and nutritional yeast combine to give it a pizza flavor!

Yields: 4 servings

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup cooked chickpeas

6 tbsp tomato sauce

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp olive oil (opt)

heaping 1/2 tsp basil

1/8 tsp salt

1 tbsp cooking liquid (if needed to reach desired consistency)

 

Instructions

1. Puree ingredients until smooth.
