Plantain Chips

These plantain chips are extremely crisp and delicious.

Ingredients

1 green plantain

sea salt

 

Instructions

1. Slice plantains with mandolin. Sprinkle with sea salt.

2. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip. Bake 5-7 minutes more.

Notes: Must use mandolin--not knife--in order to get them to crisp up. Let cool so they crisp up.
