Pumpkin Spice Date Rolls

These pumpkin spice date rolls are full of flavor.

Ingredients

1 cup almonds (plus 1/3 cup pecans for coating)

16 medjool dates

1 tsp pumpkin spice

 

Instructions

1. If dates are not soft, soak

2. Pulse almonds in food processor until chunky. Transfer to bowl

3. Pulse dates in food processor until smooth.

4. Add pumpkin spice and almonds. 

5. Roll into balls.Coat with pecan crumbles.

Note: I also tried the one from Unsweetened Caroline (with pecans and homemade spice mixture), but I liked this one better
