Quick and Easy Creamy Tomato Soup

This soup is quick to put together using just a few cans.

Yield: 2-3 servings

 

Ingredients

2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce

1/8 tsp baking soda

1 can (12 fl oz) evaporated milk

black pepper, to taste

fresh basil, chopped

 

Instructions

1. Heat tomato sauce and baking soda in medium saucepan until very hot.

2. Stir in evaporated milk. Heat until hot.

3. Season with black pepper, to taste, and garnish with basil.
