Ranch Dip Potato Salad

This potato salad is mixed in a homemade ranch dip.

Ingredients

~1.6 pounds red potatoes (I would reccommend increasing this to 2 pounds)

1/2 cup sunflour seeds or 1/2 cup cashews (cashews will be creamier)

1 cup milk

1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1.5 tsp onion powder

1-1.5 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp celery seed

1/4 tsp dried dill

1/4 tsp dried mustard

3/4 tsp salt

 

Instructions

1. Bake potatoes at 415 degrees for 25-35 minutes (or boil in microwave until cooked through).

2. Blend dressing.

3. Refrigerate potato salad overnight. Dressing will thicken.
